The Things We've Done
It’s easy to point fingers when you shout that same old song
It’s hard to tell the difference when neither one us knows who’s wrong
These nights we fight in this dim light both our heads are far too strong
I don’t like your tone, or the things we’ve thrown
Why the hell it is so damn hard to keep the peace for this damn long?

It’s easy after battle to know who’s lost and who has won
The hardest part of this life is living with the things we’ve done

It’s easy to point fingers when we're falling apart at the seams
We’ve forgotten where we’re going, got lost chasing the same dream
These nights we fight in this dim light make my soul want to scream
But you don’t my tone, or the colors that I’ve shown
Now that it's wrecked the peace we kept I guess I’ll leave you alone

It’s easy after battle to know who’s lost and who has won
The hardest part this life, is living with the things we’ve done
It’s easy after battle to know who’s lost and who has won
The hardest part this life, is living with the things we’ve done

There's one thing I’ve left to say so don’t lose it in the mist
On second thought forget it, it think you get the gist

It’s easy after battle to know who’s lost and who has won
The hardest part this life, is living with the things we’ve done
It’s easy after battle to know who’s lost and who has won
The hardest part this life, is living with the things we’ve done

There's one thing I’ve left to say so don’t lose it in the mist
On second thought forget it, it think you get the gist
